Overall not so bad since I have a microwave at work, and i just pulled the excess bread off. The donut is great, very soft.

Great service, quicker if you go inside around 7 am - 9 am. I had the pink sprinkled donut and a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. Four stars because there is more croissant than "sandwich" and she did not warm it enough and once your order is done they're on to the next customer, as there are very few workers.
Love it except in the morning when its super packed & not enough staff
