I love the bank and people that work there. When you try to call no one ever answers the phone. I called atleast 12 times before I got a answer.
Jessica Lara and the new branch manager Belinda Benotel are the worst people I've ever experienced here, my family has been banking with this bank for 11 years now and we've previously never had any problems with anyone there however the people that we used to deal with there have moved on I simply wanted wanted to know if there had been a deposit made to my account so I could pay my bills however I could not answer a couple of new questions they've never asked me before, however after them talking to me for over 3 hours it was painfully obvious that I was who I said I was however they would never even tell me if a deposit had been made or anything let alone my balance or the amount of the deposit, eventually the branch manager hung up on me, I am going to close out my account with Chase and as will my entire family I'm 19 and Chase Bank has just lost a customer for life. Also forget about calling this Chase bank no one answers they're phones I've called over 20 times in 2 days and got no answer and was never called back.
I'm glade I don't use this bank the people here are so slow. Now I know why my wife is always gripping about this place.
If I could give no stars I would. I walked up to the atm with $512 dollars in hand to deposit. I put in the card then deposited the money. The atm printed out a receipt stating the terminal had experienced an error and to call the number printed on the receipt. I called the number and was told they would look into it and that it would take 10 business days. In the mean time my money is not in my account and no one can do anything to help me get my money back before 10 business days. I went into the local branch and the manager guaranteed the money would be in my account by that night or at the latest the next morning. That was 5 days ago and I still do not have my money. I am not a rich person, and I have a family to support. Losing that kind of money for any amount of time is not an option nor is it acceptable for me
I have been an account holder at Chase for over 3 years and I continue to love and appreciate the professionalism of every Chase customer service agent.
