Nice little spot next to the lake with a small store and restaurant. I get the feeling that they are pretty selective in who gets to stay and that's a good thing. Good experience overall.

Also, wanted to take my 2 yr old to the water to throw rocks and someone told me I needed to pay. I wasn't putting a boat in the water. Needless to say when we can we avoid this place.

If this place was just a little nicer it would be 5 stars, the staff was incredible and so friendly you would be chatting at the register before you realized 15 minutes have passed. I was on a rough and tumble fishing trip with my buddies and the rooms were still a little rough, no fridge, small old TVs and plastic furniture are what you will get but it is clean and right on the lake. If you go here expecting a 5 star room you will be very disappointed if you go here expecting Texas hospitality and great fishing you will be very happy.
