Customer service was fine. But enterprise does not accept debit or cash. Could not rent a car without a credit. Disappointed. I will never use credit.
No problems until insurance extended coverage to Saturday and tried to call office for two days only to get what sounded like a fax machine. Wanted to find out if I could drop off after hours. No after hour drop off. Ugh
The website did not have the correct address. I came in the evening and my ride could not find me to pick me up as I was dropping off the car. The attendant appeared to be disengaged like he wanted to be somewhere else.
The attendants are rude and unhelpful. They obviously are disengaged and don't have any customer service training. A poor representation of Enterprise. Located inside a dealership I find it extremely hard to believe there are no cars available.
I love the enterprise in Corsicana,Tex the people is great. I don't understand Corsicana Tex Enterprise is closed on The weekend. I called Enterprise 800 number and the lady sent me to Waxihachie Texas rental Enterprise that is the only one open on the weekend that is close to me the lady told me if I use my debit card she can't except me next time . why is it like that has never had no problem. Well she say I have to live in the town. Please explain to me.
