They are so rude. I call up there the 1st time to get info and all they say is let me transfer you. Then i get a voicemail.. Icall again instead of politely telling me she doesnt handle that info she says in a rude way well she cant do anything about it im going to have to be transferred AGAIN. Then the second lady says the samething in a rude tone.. If you dont like your job get another. Your there to help people in need instead i get a cold shoulder with rude ass people. Navarro sucks and whoever gets locked up there good luck. They try and keep you without getting seen by a judge and appoint you lawyers that dont care..
If your going to get paid for this job what you ladies should do is use that money to get some manners.. #yomommaraisedafool

Carolyn is the rudest lady I ever met. Talked right over me and just hung up. For a job that requires questions being asked she should find another job if she can't handle a simple task. Nobody wanted to help just pass on to the next person.
