I've been going to this salon on and off for five years, but the service is very inconsistent. My first visit was wonderful and I was so pleased with my nails but on other visits the quality of service was less than desirable. Yesterday was the worst and my LAST time!
I have given this places several chances with both a manicure and a pedicure each time has been a poor to fair and it never gets better. The only thing going for this place is that they are open on Sundays

I go here to get my brows waxed. It doesn't matter who does it, they come out perfect every time. The employees are polite and professional. It's the only place I'll go.
Loved the pedicure and massages. The manicure was good but nails look like the already need a fill after just being done. The salon looks dingy and dirty. Spent $84 for both mani and pedi and it was just okay.
This place has really gone down hill since they opened. My daughter and I went to get full set acrylics. My daughter asked for her's to be pointed. Apparently this costs $5 more, but we weren't told this until after they were done and we had to pay. The quality was okay, but not great and the customer service left a lot to be desired.
I drove about two miles, walked into another nail salon and was treated like a VALUED CUSTOMER! Cuticles were trimmed, nails filed and NEATLY painted!
I went in for a pedicure and it was not busy so was taken right away. The young girl that began working on my nails was very conscientious and pleasant. Within 10 minutes, she was sent to do a manicure and another technician took over my pedicure. She hurriedly put one coat of polish on my nails and walked off without a word, leaving a smear of red polish on the top of my foot! A third person came to clean up the smear on my foot (but only after asking) My cuticles were not cut (just pushed back) and my toenails were not trimmed and were left way too long and uneven. I didn't say a word because I don't like confrontation but took the red polish they used to the checkout and told Mike that I would touch up my nails at home, no problem. He told me it would be another $5.00 if I wanted the used bottle of polish! Hahaha! I had already overpaid by $4.00, (which he did not offer to give me my change), so I put the bottle on the counter and left!
