Went here while attending college at Navarro College for pedicarditis etc and they are awful. Really felt like they did a below average job helping me get better and was displeased.
Do not go to this hospital for anything! Their business office is off-site and has no idea what they are doing. We have received bill after bill with no explanation whatsoever. If you show that you can pay then they just keep recreating new bills. It never ends.
This hospital definitely lives up to its reviews. Terrible staff. We think they may be fired nursing home staff. They are not there for the patients. Bunch of under educated people. We will be looking into a lawsuit. Will be contacting the board of nursing with some names. We do not recommend this hospital.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. From the ER (almost)Doc to the TERRIBLE billing support. Will take future chances by going to Baylor in Waxahachie. Avoid unless truly in a life-threatening situation.
This is the worst ER I have every been to, and I have been to my fair share of ER's. I did feel they were taking my symptoms seriously. I felt they were only focused on migraines and not the issue I came. They got very irritated because I was having trouble communicating due to my symptoms. If you are willing to make the drive to Waxahathie do it. I am patient person and I was losing my patience with them.
