I ordered through the drive thru July 7th and the cashier use my card to also pay for her food. I have tried to fix it 3 times but nobody there does what they say their gonna do. I called today and got number for their main office. I won't eat there again until they resolve it the cashier is gone.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. They left out a taco and i was only ordering for myself, no additional orders, not very complicated? ordered a simple combo from their menu, they should know it well and know to count 3 tacos not 2? Never had that happen with my 30 years of going to a taco bell, but thats not the crazy part. Manager is an idiot. She didnt even refund my money and kept saying i could go get a taco. I explained i live an hour away,not turning back to get a taco bc they messed up and inconvenienced me. i was just passing through corsicana and stopped to get a bite. I told her if she expected me to drive an hour out of my way in the future to just get a taco? she kept with it like, well when your in the area again, you can come get your ONE taco, not even a replacement order. Ha! Amazing offer, thank you. Way to make this right. couldnt refund my money either apparently? Waiting on the G.M. to call me over this ridicules ordeal that a simple manager should of been able to handle instead of complicate. reason i know now, she could of refunded my money, was because customer service told me how she was suppose to handle this and not give me the only option to get a taco. Rude people who dont know how to do their jobs, managers included. Unprofessional managers who even while calling their G.M. like a crybaby bc they cant handle a simple refund , cant even put me on hold, so i have to hear her talking to herself about not wanting to make this call....
Honestly one of the nicest Taco Bell's I've ever been to. They're always super nice and they always get my stuff right. It's lit.

I came through the drive thru between 10pm and 10:15pm on june 29, 2017 When i pulled up, the girl answered "hi, what do you want?". She sounded quite bored with her job. Upon ordering, she then asked "no dessert?" driving to the window, she mumbled if I wanted any sauce but I could barely hear her. The experience overall was terrible. No "welcome" or upselling. No friendly smile. She seemed quite bored. I did not catch her name either for she failed to give it. I do know she was a black woman with red braids. I will not be returning to this establishment. Every customer deserves to be treated like they are welcome and i do not feel welcomed there.
