After my initial call, I was called and given a date and approximate time frame for an evaluation/estimate. No one came to my house. I called back a couple of days later and was told someone would call. No return call. Called again a week later and was told the message and number would be given to the guys again. No one called. The following day I called one more time with the same end result.
Very poor communication and scheduling is terrible never could give a estimated time of arrival been waiting 2 days for plumber to show to repair water heater......... still waiting.
Could not get a call back for weeks.. Finally got someone to call me back, and they said they would be out to give a quote. They never showed up. Called again for weeks and not one single returned call. The answering service is a joke and the woman is rude..
Says they are 24/7 but they do not return phone calls.
Worked fine for my landlord on my rent house. Needed work on my house in Mildred. Called 5 times. They do not return phone calls. I think I know why...Now, my oven pilot light won't ignite?!?!
