Mr. Green represented us in a custody issue with our grandson and we found him to be extremely competent. He was always available to us and even took the time the night before going on vacation to be with us during a CPS interview because he didn't want us going into it alone. Our custody issue is resolved at this time, but I can still call Mr. Green with questions and he responds in a timely manner. We always found Mr. Green to be very thorough and willing to talk through all of our options without putting any pressure on us to sway us one way or another. The decisions were always ours to make and he did an excellent job ensuring that we had what we needed to make an informed decision. I consider Mr. Green my attorney and would not hesitate to call him for any legal issue that may arise in the future.
Worst criminal attorney EVER. Mr.Green should not be allowed to practice criminal law. He convinced me to plead guilty to a 1st degree felony that I did not commit. I am mentally ill and he knew it and took advantage of my weakness and mental issues to get out of doing the legal work needed to get me the help I need. I would avoid Mr.Green at all costs. He never once returned any of my phone calls over a 4 month period. He waited 2 months to file a motion to suppress that I told him was time sensitive when I first met him. He ignored my pleas for help and ignored my phone calls for 4 months and then took advantage of my illness during a busy day at court by telling me I wasn't capable of standing trial for a crime I did not commit. He also did a very poor job of explaining possible outcomes and scared me by telling me the conditions of confinement and maximum penalties while never once mentioning that I could still get a lower more reasonable sentence. He made me believe it was probation now or I'm going to prison when that wasn't the case at all. I was not in my right mind and Mr.Green knew that and even told me I should seek mental help AFTER he convinced me to plead guilty. He is a very weak lawyer and the DA's at Navarro county know this and play him for the fool that he is. While I was there another client of his fired him because they were also very dissatisfied with him. He allowed the DA to add conditions of probation with out objection that made no sense to me while I was being sentenced, I broke down into a panic attack so much that the DA felt bad for me and waived one of my fines. I had no idea what I was doing or what I was signing and I believe he knew this. Mr.Green just wanted to be finished with my case and he did not want to go to trial not because of my illness but I believe because he couldn't handle it so his goal became to plead me out as soon as possible so he did not have to deal with me ever again. I greatly regret receiving Mr.Green as an attorney and if I could go back and fire him before I signed my life away I definitely would. Mr.Green should not be trusted to represent anyone in any criminal matters! I would recommend anyone who receives him as a criminal attorney to FIRE HIM immediately and request a new more competent and caring attorney who might actually call you back and might actually have your best interests on their mind.
