they never deliver my packages; always leave dam pink slip ...even left my package in front of my mailbox where any one could take it ... sad
They can't even deliver mail but yet they wanna deliver amazon packages.I've been buying from Amazon since 2005. Time to buy else where to be able choose carrier
I could find no option to speak to a real human being over the phone without driving downtown to ask if they had my package. This is one of a few issues I have had with them that merits them 1 star. That said, the people inside aren't too bad.
My lazy postal carrier refuses to deliver packages to my physical address. I'm always left a notice to pick up my package at the post office. Today I had some spare time so I went down to the post office immediately after receiving my notice and was told my package was still on the carriers truck. If it's on her truck why didn't she deliver it??? It takes more effort to write out a missed package slip than it does to drop off a package.
The worst branch I've ever been to. They had no idea what I was asking of them. They changed their story about where my package was and what they were going to do multiple times (even literally laughing at me as I continued to tell them they had my boxes!). I travel the nation arranging mail drops in various towns for a traveling summer camp, and this is the worst and most unknowledgeable branch I've ever visited. Unprofessional, and I wish I could report this visit to a higher up! After laughing at me, THEY HAD MY BOXES AND EXPECTED ME TO APOLOGIZE STILL!
