The Sales Rep Kristin needs to find a different job if she do not know how to speak to potential buyer. She is very argumentative and mouthy, with no patience. She talked over us and was rude. I made a suggestion to the manager about Kristin behavior and attitude and the manager said that is just how she is. She was argumentative and stated she don't have to do anything. The manager is ear-shot and useless. The car value is over-price compared to the book value of the car prior to anything additional fees or taxes. Will be taking this to corporate. I hope this place get shut down. I would prefer taking by business and buying a car at CitySide Autos across the street at least they are more customer friendly and helpful with reasonable prices.
Went in today and the saleman Bryce was horrible... Didnt want to help at all.... We were looking to get a car today ... But he definately lost a sell....

Purchased a car from this place in August and have had to replace almost everything on it from tires to the alternator then the battery! Nothing listed under the warranty they wanna repair! Ac unit is covered and they refuse to fix it! The engine light is also covered and they refused to fix it! Today they came to an address not even on my file where it’s been broke down at and destroyed the property while in process! Ran down the fence, ran over a tree and also busted out the taillight of the car!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THE RED 2009 CHEVY IMPALA I’m sure will b for sale on the lot in a few days! Lol!!! This is a crappy dealership! Called several times to speak about the damage to the property and no one would get on the phone! BEWARE PPL!!!!
They have treated me like a king. I have brought 5 vehicles from them. They r the best used car lot i ever delt with. Mrs Brandie my account manager is very sweet. They worked with me when i couldn't make a payment due to all the storms we had lately. My son-in-law got a pickup from them. Keep up the good work @ car mart. A co-worker got a pickup & then got a car for his daughter. Javie has always taken care of me & my family. When im signing the paperwork they let my wife sign them also so if the vehicle is giving us any problems she can bring or call them & tell them what the vehicle is doing. Keep up the great work Javie & Brandie.
