I've visited this dealership a couple of times now. I was always greeted promptly. The sales staff is friendly, helpful, and not overly-aggressive. During my first visit, I was informed that the vehicle I was interested in was unavailable (I had checked their online inventory before visiting). I was told that if I wanted a specific car they could order it and have it by the next day for me. Although I wasn't ready to "order" a car just yet. I revisited the dealership a few days later. I had received an email showing a vehicle I might be interested in. Again the vehicle was not available. This time the salesperson offered to drive the car to me the next day and presented me with an attractive price on the vehicle.
In and out quickly for scheduled maintenance. Excellent service advisor. Glad I purchased my vehicle from Frank Kent Country in Corsicana!
I understand the nature of businesses in smaller towns so I appreciate the attention to the matter. The inventory in smaller town dealerships must be somewhat smaller than in larger cities. But the fact of the matter is this dealership is willing to take the extra steps to help facilitate the sale. This shows me that the dealer does value my time as a customer.
Now back to the vehicle purchase... I'm looking forward to checking out the vehicle when the representative comes to visit. It looks like what I'm looking for and the pricing seems competitive! I'll follow up and let you know how it goes!
