I will really like the store, but had to go the restroom and it was the must disgusting site and smell I have every seen. The management team should be ashamed on how they allow that to happen. This will probably keep me from every going back there.

I had something in layaway but decided I did not need it so I called and told me to come up to the store to get my refund so I go up there (drove from Dallas ) for them to tell me that put it back on my card. Why didn't they just tell me this over the phone. I also talked to the assistant store manager before I travel from Dallas and her name is Wanda. I will never ste poo foot back in that store and I will be reporting them to the corporate office and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because they don't know anything about the store policy.
Good stihl department and tech... much better than gilfillian's customer service.
