After watching me roam up and down 2 aisles for 15 minutes looking for something an employee asked me "are you finding everything okay?" I said "no, not really" and he just looked at me funny and continued to watch me wander around looking for the item and never once offered to help or call someone to assist......
Went to buy paint, this made my second trip. Asked the guy if he knew of a color that would hold true and not turn something else. Ex: wanted gray that didn't turn green or blue. He said he'd try to find out, but then never got back with me. If he hadn't of already mixed two samples that I wanted I wouldn't have done business with this store at all. Found another store in Corsicana that helped me. They'll get the rest of my business when I get ready to go back for the gallons that I need.
Everyone is always very helpful and caring. Wanting to be sure I find the items I need. Special hats off to the one who helped me load the plywood sheets into my truck.
Would be 5, but when I got a 50'pull behind manlift, they couldn't print of a customer copy.
Staff were very helpful, even in the appliances section where we weren't planning to make a purchase decision that day. While we were there, several staff members went out of their way to assist both us and a gentleman in a wheelchair with enthusiastic customer service.
Other than that, excellent people behind the counter, notably so.
