Brought the work van for an alignment and it wasn't done right the first time. Also, all of the quarters and change that was in the cupholder was stolen. Had to bring it back two days later so they could do the alignment correctly this time and we left ONE quarter in there this time and, of course, that was stolen.

EAGLE AUTO TECHNIQUE deserves 6 Stars!!! Jose & his crew were AMAZING today!!! Pure definition of Excellent Customer Service combined with Qualified Personnel & Reasonable Rates.. Showed up at 730am, on a Saturday, with my Suburban on a tow truck. and was greeted by the owner. He went out of his way to quickly diagnose and had his mechanics replace the fuel pump in less than 3 hours!!! Unbelievable experience! What a relief after breaking down on the highway and cramming my family in a flat bed tow truck while towing our vehicle & vacation golf cart trailer almost 100 miles. Just made it back to Dallas from our Galveston family vacation and couldn't want to negate the 1 unjustified Google review of 1 star! They are old school and I don't blame them for not focusing on yelp or Google reviews. They focus on customers!!!!! Miss those days :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND A++++++
