They replaced my driver's-side window with a window that was too small. I tried to get them to correct this problem several times. They promised to do so, and gave me an excuse each time for why they couldn't do it then. After several months I just gave up. It looks like I will simply have to go to another glass place and buy another window.
Quick work and affordable
While on a recent trip to Houston I went for a run at Memorial Park between my Dr. appointments as I always do. Sadly, this time my car was broken into while I was running. I was leaving straight away to drive home and it was starting to rain in Houston. I had a 350 mile drive back home and no local auto glass establishments had a window in stock. So I had to drive home with windows down, with the rain behind and in front of me. Fortunately my friend called ahead for me to the cities down the road and located Precision Glass in Corsicana. I found out later that the owner’s assistant didn't show up, a friend of his came in as a favor and ours was her first call. Nick, the owner was already behind but took the time to try and make this work for me. The glass supplier had already left with the order for the day and Nick offered to drive there to get my window. The glass place also went out of their way to do an extra delivery. As I arrived, exhausted from the trip and only 2 hours sleep, not feeling well, and with the rain having caught up with me and beating into my car, Nick worked me into his schedule and very quickly repaired it to get me on the road again. I've always tried to do my very best for others and silently go out of my way, never knowing if it's making a difference. Let me assure you, being on the receiving end of so much kindness, I am overwhelmed with gratefulness! I highly recommend Nick and Corsicana Precision Auto Glass. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a very bad situation a whole lot better for me!
Do not carry youauto to this business..... They scratched the custom painted topper..on my wife's truck..... I mean all over... The owner Nick even admitted his workers were very unprofessional.... They slid cardboard all over the painted topper.... It cut into the paint..... He told to carry it to a warehouse by the train tracks and have someone buff it out..... They could not buff out the deep scratches..... He wanted me to take it back and have them paint it..... I was not comfortable doing that..... I didn't even like the area..... Nick agreed to pay me cash out of pocket and shook my hand..... I'm afraid Nick is not an honest man either..... He backed out of paying for all the trouble he caused me..... I'll never use this business again and strongly discourage others.... I have proof of pictures and correspondence.....
